Complete the ACL so front-desk PCs reach only the portal and mail

Harbor Lane Clinic moved its front-desk PCs to their own subnet, 10.20.0.0/24. Those PCs need the patient portal at 10.10.5.10 over HTTPS and the mail server at 10.10.5.25 for sending mail from desktop clients on the submission port. Nothing else from that subnet should get through, including UDP traffic to the portal.
